Please, allow me to introduce myself. I'm Grisel, just a regular person like any other, and I do psychic readings. Psychic readings is just a name for our intuition coming through and finding a voice into the world.
In my family, there have been mediums and psychics for generations. I was the first one of them to venture beyond a close circle of friends, by working professionally with the public. In my case, I receive messages through seeing quick flashes, through hearing, and through feelings. I started by doing psychic readings at New Age stores in Sedona, Arizona, where I lived for four years in the late 1990s. Later, I continued with my spiritual work when moving to Mystic, Connecticut by providing readings at stores as I did before in Sedona. I did my spiritual work under the name of Michelle, in honor of Michael the Archangel. During my time in Connecticut, I also participated in Psychic Faires, private parties, and other similar events. This included events at the Foxwoods Casino, in Mashantucket. Lots of activity, lots of people.
At this point, I also started doing readings over the phone for those who had already met me before in Arizona. I received calls from friends of theirs and others who had heard of my work by word of mouth. As a result, I started offering readings over e-mail as well, in addition to the phone readings.
Four years later, I was following the call I kept hearing from California. After moving to California, I started giving readings once again at New Age stores in the area and becoming acquainted with the community. I did more readings over the phone and e-mail, which I discovered that I liked very much. Doing readings at home gave me the ability to control my settings, to start meditating before the actual reading, and to connect better with the person who I was going to be reading. I enjoyed the privacy, and the whole exchange of energy was more intimate and personal.
As part of my journey, I had the good fortune of meeting Victor Camacho from the radio show in Spanish, “Los Desvelados”. He invited me to be a guest on his show several times and do mini readings on the air for the listeners. I also had the opportunity to do different workshops through his vision of possibilities and while he acted as a facilitator. Among some of the topics were Basic Concepts of Energy Work, Reading Tarot cards, Connecting with higher-self, and more.
Eventually I focused my attention only on doing readings over the phone and via e-mail. They felt like a bubble in space, created just for us, connecting the ones involved in that exchange of energy. Somewhere along the way, I felt that it was time to switch from the name Michelle to Grisel, my actual name. Just a detail after all. Who we are, is constantly changing, and at the same time, we are the same. I thank you for reading these words. They are simply, the honest truth.
